At The Bird Story, we take great care to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Exchanges are only accepted for defective, incorrect, or wrongly sized items.

  • Because each outfit is made especially for you, we’re unable to offer exchanges based on personal preferences or change of mind.
  • To request an exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • In some cases, we may offer an equal-value voucher or discount code instead of an exchange.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process the exchange within 14 working days.
